Howdens confirms the appointment of Independent Non-Executive Director, Louis Eperjesi, as a director of Breedon Group plc with effect from early 2027. Breedon Group plc is a leading vertically integrated construction materials group listed on the London Stock Exchange (LSE: BREE).

A further announcement will be made once the effective date of Louis' appointment is known.
