The following amendments have been made to the 'Transfer of Treasury Shares' announcement released on 30 August 2024 at 14.37 under RNS No 3728C:

• The number of ordinary shares transferred from Treasury for the purposes of employee share scheme allotments was 235,006.
• Following the transfer of the above treasury shares:
  
• 3,844,331 ordinary shares of 10 pence each were held in Treasury; and
• the total number of shares with full voting rights in the Company was 549,747,389, and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
