The Company is holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) today.

Trading Information

Following the release of the Trading Update on 27 April 2023, no new information on current trading will be given during the meeting.

Dividend

Subject to shareholder approval at today's AGM, the Company will pay a final dividend for 2022 of 15.9 pence per share, payable on 19 May 2023 to ordinary shareholders named on the register of members as at 6.30pm on 11 April 2023.

An interim dividend of 4.7 pence per ordinary share was paid on 18 November 2022. Therefore, if the resolution to pay the final dividend is passed, the total full-year dividend for the 52 weeks ended 24 December 2022 will be 20.6 pence per ordinary share. 

Half Year Results

The Company will release its 2023 Half Year results on 20 July 2023.
