The Company is holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) today.

Trading Information

Following the release of the Trading Update this morning, no new information on current trading will be given during the meeting.

Dividend

Subject to shareholder approval at today's AGM, the Company will be paying a final dividend for 2018 of 7.9 pence per share (2017 final: 7.5 pence per share) on 21 June 2019 (payable to ordinary shareholders on the register on 24 May 2019), giving a total dividend for 2018 of 11.6 pence per share (2017 total: 11.1 pence per share).

The Company will release its 2019 Half Year Report on 25 July 2019.
