Further to the announcement on 1 March 2018, the Company confirms that Matthew Ingle has retired from his position as Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Company with effect from 2 April 2018. The Company further confirms that Andrew Livingston has succeeded Matthew Ingle as Chief Executive Officer and has been appointed as a Director of the Company with effect from 2 April 2018.

Andrew is an independent Non-Executive Director at LondonMetric Property Plc, a FTSE 250 company.

There is no further information which is required to be disclosed in accordance with 9.6.13R of the Listing Rules.
