Across the country, our local Howdens depots employ knowledgeable sales people, CAD designers, product handlers, drivers and support staff, working closely together to serve the needs of our customer - the builder. In our depots, we run a bonus scheme that's based on an equal share of profit, so everyone has the same interests and everyone knows where they stand. Depot staff are employed locally.
